Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Delivery Times & Shipping Rates

- Shipping Fee: Flat shipping fee applies at checkout (or Free Shipping on orders above a specific amount).
Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
Damaged or Delayed Packages
If you haven't received your order within 7 business days, or if your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your name and order number and we will resolve it for you!
